Set the limit before you sit down
Poker should cost you what a night out costs you. Every control below is in the cashier, takes effect the moment you save it, and none of them require you to speak to anyone.
Deposit limits
Cap what you can put in per day, week or month. Lowering it applies at once; raising it waits 24 hours.
Loss limits
Set the most you are willing to be down over a period. Hit it and the tables close until the window resets.
Session limits
Decide how long a sitting lasts. When the clock runs out you are folded out of your hands and logged off.
Reality checks
A pop-up every 15, 30 or 60 minutes with time played and net result. It needs a click to dismiss.
Cool-off
Lock yourself out for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 weeks. Your balance stays put and the account reopens on its own.
Self-exclusion
Six months minimum, up to permanent. The account closes, funds are returned, marketing stops. Permanent cannot be reversed.
How we handle a limit change
Lowering a limit applies immediately. Raising one takes 24 hours, and we will not waive that for anyone. If you self-exclude, the account closes for the period you choose with a six-month minimum, your balance is returned, and you come off every marketing list we hold. We do not send win-back offers to excluded players. Ever.

The questions everybody actually asks

How long does a withdrawal actually take?
Crypto is usually done inside half an hour. E-wallets clear in under an hour once your account is verified. Cards and bank transfers depend on your bank and typically land in one to three working days. Last quarter the median across every method was just under four hours.
When do I have to verify my account?
You can deposit and play straight away. Verification is triggered by your first withdrawal, or sooner if our compliance checks flag something. You will need photo ID, a document showing your address from the last three months, and proof of the payment method. Most submissions are reviewed within a couple of hours.
What is the rake, and how is rakeback calculated?
Cash games take 5% capped at $3 at low stakes, dropping to a $1.50 cap at $5/$10 and above. Tournaments carry a 9% fee at small buy-ins, scaling down to 5% over $215. Rakeback is worked out on contributed rake, calculated daily and paid every Monday at your current tier rate.
How do you know the deal is fair?
Shuffles come from a hardware random number generator that is independently tested by iTech Labs, and the certificate is re-issued annually. On top of that, a game integrity team runs collusion, chip-dumping and bot detection around the clock. Confirmed cases lose their balance, which is returned to the players affected.
Do I need to download anything?
No. The browser client runs every game we offer, including multi-tabling. Desktop clients for Windows and macOS and native apps for iOS and Android are there if you want them, and they all share one wallet and one login.
Can I play with friends privately?
Yes. Squad Tables let you open a password-protected table for any format at any stake, set your own blinds and time bank, and invite up to eight people by link. Rake on private tables is capped at half the standard rate.
What are the bonus terms?
The welcome match releases in $5 blocks for every 500 reward points you earn, which works out to roughly $10 of rake per block. You have 90 days. There is no wagering multiplier and nothing is forfeited if you withdraw partway through, you simply stop clearing the remainder.
Which countries can't play?
Real-money play is closed to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Curaçao itself and a handful of sanctioned territories. The full list is in section 3 of the Terms, and registration is geo-blocked rather than cancelled after the fact.
What controls do I have over my own play?
Deposit, loss and session limits can be set from the cashier and take effect immediately. Increases carry a 24-hour cooling-off period. You can also take a break from 24 hours to six months, or self-exclude for a minimum of six months, which closes the account and removes you from all marketing.
